About us

Bartling Insurance was founded in 1974 by Roy and Jane Bartling. When Roy decided to retire, his son Ross Bartling took over the agency for several years. Then came the time for Ross to retire and enjoy the farm life, just like his dad. In 2012,  Margie Ball purchased the agency from Ross. Margie had been a part of the Bartling Insurance family since 1984. Sadly, Margie passed away in January 2023. Margie's right hand employee, Kelsey Hare was able to purchase the agency in October.  We will always be her Bartling girls, and we will carry on this wonderful legacy that was built over 50 years ago.
