Ross Bartling, President — Graduated with honors from Oklahoma Christian College with a Business Administration degree. Began his insurance career in 1987 as a commercial lines underwriter for a regional insurance company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Expanded knowledge base through employment with an excess & surplus lines broker in Tulsa for a few years. Joined the family business in early 1990's and formally perpetuated by purchasing the agency in the summer of 2001. Specializes in commercial insurance of all levels of complexity. Holds the designation of "Certified Insurance Counselor".
Margie Ball, Office Manager -
Customer Support
Tena Hobbs is a Customer Service Representative specializing in Personal Automobile insurance. Tena is located at our Waurika office. Tena began her insurance career right here at Bartling Insurance in 1983.
JoAn Lovett is a Customer Service Representative specializing in Personal Property (homes) and Bonds. JoAn is located at our Waurika office. JoAn also began her insurance career right here at Bartling Insurance in April of 1982.
Ida Jones is a Customer Service Representative handling all forms of personal insurance. Ida is located in our Comanche office. Ida began her insurance career in
Ann Thomas has been a member of our team for many years. Ann does a wonderful job of providing support services in our Comanche office.
Christina Turner joined our team earlier this year and is currently assisting in the personal auto support capacity and travels to both of our offices.
Sharon Faucett joined out staff in 2007 and provides support for both of our offices.
Dan Standifer recently joined our staff as a licensed life and health professional. Dan offices out of our Comanche office. Dan also is the preaching minister for a local Baptist Church congregation.
Consultants and Field Personnel
Roy Bartling — Roy is enjoying quasi-retirement, keeping himself very busy farming. However, Roy does maintain an office at our Waurika location and we do call on his years of insurance experience frequently. He currently handles our life insurance and financial products.
